Aged up to 12 months in the perfect chill of the caves that Cava sparkling wines are named for, Cordon Negro Extra Brut is blended with a 2.3 percent dosage, making it the perfect off-dry wine for a number of menus and occasions.
Like all cavas, Cordon Negro Extra Brut is produced using the traditional methode champenoise, creating priviledged bubbles nurtured through double fermentation, followed by the long, carefully-tended process of aging riddling and disgorgement.
